When I moved away from home to go to college (Go Badgers!) my mom and dad found themselves scrambling to find quality tech support they could trust. After hearing story after story about shady websites, crowded and intimidating retail stores, nickel and dime pricing, and unmotivated employees, I was convinced I could do better.

what does it take to be a neon tech professional?

Our neon tech experts are thoroughly vetted technology professionals who are capable of troubleshooting the vast majority of consumer technology issues. Our tech experts are friendly technology enthusiasts, who are always on the lookout for the latest technology trends and products. what kind of repair services does neon offer? Will you fix my broken phone screen?

Our current repair services are limited to software issues only. While we don't currently support hardware issues like liquid damaged computers, damaged power supplies or shattered or broken screens, we can remove viruses & bloatware, reformat drives, do fresh installs of operating systems, and conduct software-based data recovery. Give us a call or send us message if you have questions about a specific issue.

how far in advance can I make an in-home reservation?

Currently, you can book a reservation up to two months in advance.

how should i prepare for my first in-home reservation?

First, ensure that you've answered all of the questions on the intake form accurately. You will also want to confirm that you have a working internet connection. You'll also want to make sure you have all relevant account passwords available (if you don't know or have to reset passwords, don't worry - we can help). Finally, ensure that your devices can be powered on, and are capable of connecting to a local Wifi network.

what happens if a reservation goes over the allotted time? 

Our home support specialists are trained in handling the vast majority of technical issues within the time allotted.  However, in the event a reservation goes over, you won't be charged extra. However, if we think your issue would be better served with another reservation, we will be happy to help you set one up. 

 

can i request a specific support specialist to help me with my issue?

Of course! If you had a great experience with one of our support specialists, we'll do our best to help you reconnect. If your requested support specialist isn't available, we'll make sure your assigned support specialist has all the information they need to help solve your issue.

Does neon sell products or accessories?

We currently do not sell any products or accessories. However, as passionate technology enthusiasts, we would be more than happy to offer our thoughts and reccomendations and walk you through the purchase process with any number of reputable vendors.
